
Privacy Policy of the CarpStat Mobile Application
1. General Information
The CarpStat mobile application (hereinafter: the “Application”) is owned by Rafał Kokosiński operating under the company KOKOS MEDIA Rafał Kokosiński, ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 25A/2, 78-400 Szczecinek, NIP: 6731898823 (hereinafter: the “Administrator”). 2. Scope of Collected Data
To use the Application, users may be asked to provide the following data:
- email address,
- password.
Additionally, registration and login via Facebook or Google accounts are possible. In such cases, we only collect the data necessary for authentication.
3. Data Processing and Storage
- All user data is stored on Google servers (Firebase).
- User data is not shared with third parties.
4. Collection of Analytical Data
Anonymous information about events in the Application is collected via Google Analytics, such as:
- application launch,
- user registration,
- login,
- adding a log entry.
The collected data is statistical in nature and does not allow the identification of individual users.
5. Technical Logs
The Application collects technical logs, including information about errors and diagnostics, to improve functionality and ensure the stability of the Application.
6. Data Deletion
Users may delete their data at any time by:
- deleting their account after logging into the Application, which will automatically remove the data from the servers,
- contacting the Administrator by email at: kontakt@rafalkokosinski.pl to request data deletion.
7. User Rights
Each user has the right to:
- access their data,
- request its rectification or deletion,
- restrict the processing of their data,
- object to the processing of their data.

8. Usage Rules in Other Countries
The Application will ultimately be available in Germany, France, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, and Poland. The Administrator ensures that data processing complies with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in European Union countries.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed about any changes through the Application.
