The user’s personal data, in particular the email address and device identifier used for sending push notifications, are processed for the purpose of:

• sending push notifications and email messages containing offers from the application’s partners, in accordance with the consent given by the user,
• ensuring that marketing activities comply with applicable laws.

3. Consent to Marketing Communication

Giving consent to receive marketing communications means that:

• The Administrator has the right to send the user push notifications and emails containing offers from the application’s partners,
• Marketing content will be tailored to the user’s characteristics and interests solely based on the data provided through the use of the application.

4. Withdrawal of Marketing Communication Consent

The user has the right to withdraw consent to receive marketing notifications at any time. This can be done in one of the following ways:

• by sending a request to the email address: kontakt@rafalkokosinski.pl,
• directly within the application in the section: “Settings -> Marketing Consent”.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

5. Personal Data Security Principles

The Administrator ensures that users’ personal data:

• will not be shared with third parties or companies,
• will be processed only by the Administrator and used exclusively for sending marketing notifications,
• are protected according to the highest security standards and applicable laws.

6. Data Processing Period

The user’s personal data will be processed:

• until the consent for receiving marketing notifications is withdrawn,
• for the period necessary to achieve marketing purposes or until the user’s account in the application is closed.

The user has the right to:

• transfer their personal data to another entity.
